About the class
A true beginner class for those looking to venture into the world of knitting, also a great refresher for those who may have knit in the long-ago past and have let dust settle upon their needles! We knit a cowl on circular needles, and you will learn how to knit, purl, and cast-on as well as the basics of yarn weights, beginner knitting terminology, and more!
Materials (please bring all materials to the first class): If you're unsure where to get your supplies, you can order them from Hooked Fine Yarn Boutique online at hookednj.com. Put a note in the order that you are my student, and I will pick them up on Tuesday or Friday and bring them to class.
Yarn: 2 skeins of chunky weight yarn in a solid color (avoid dark shades like black, navy blue, or dark grey)
Needles: US 10 circular knitting needles and 24"…
